A little more about Marianne
I'm a contentious probate solicitor based in beautiful Bristol, but with professional roots in London (where I trained and qualified).
Thanks to modern technology, I work flexibly with clients across the UK and internationally - particularly with French-speaking families, given my bilingual background. My French mother and close family ties in France mean I travel there often and understand the cultural and emotional nuances that can shape cross-border estate matters.
Outside of work, I enjoy yoga, Pilates, growing vegetables in my garden, and supporting the Bristol Bears on match days. I'm also learning Italian and love practising it when I travel - Sicily has a special place in my heart. We have close family in Poole and St Ives where we spend cherished time with them. Whether at home or away, family, community, and connection remain at the centre of everything I do - in life and in practice.
A little more about Claire
I'm a family solicitor based in rural Oxfordshire, with professional roots in Berkshire (where I trained and qualified), Surrey (at Charles Russell Speechlys), and Bristol, where I've developed my practice in recent years.
I enjoy working with clients across a broad geographical area and, thanks to modern technology, I'm able to offer support wherever they are based. Outside of work, life is full with three energetic children and two lively dogs, and we spend much of our time outdoors enjoying the countryside.
As a parent to neurodiverse children, I bring a personal understanding of the complexities and sensitivities many families face. This lived experience has shaped not only how I parent, but how I practise - with empathy, clarity, and a deep commitment to listening. I recognise that every family is different, and my focus is always on what matters most to you, helping you navigate the process and reach the right outcome for your unique circumstances.
