I support the team on a range of disputes involving cohabitation disputes and contentious probate matters. I am known for my calm, clear, and compassionate approach.
I joined Roskilly & Co in January 2025. I plan to progress my career with the firm, having completed my Master’s degree and Legal Practice Course in June 2025.
I am committed to helping clients understand their legal position and supporting them every step of the way. I am proud to be part of Roskilly & Co's specialist disputes team.
I bring a strong foundation of legal experience, including:
- Civil Litigation - pursuing claims and negotiating settlements;
- Earlier roles in justice and advocacy - working on wrongful conviction cases in the US, supporting high-risk domestic abuse victims as an Independent Domestic Violence Advisor and completing pro bono work at the University of Bristol's Law Clinic;
- Mentoring paralegals and working closely with partners, barristers and support teams.
A little more about Amy
I am originally from Barry in South Wales and moved to Bristol in 2017 to study Law at the University of Bristol. After juggling my role as a Paralegal and postgraduate studies over the last few years, I am now enjoying my free time and weekends again - watching Formula 1, attending CrossFit classes, and spending time with friends and family in Wales.
