I support individuals, families and charities through contentious probate and inheritance disputes, offering clear, practical advice at what is often a difficult time.
I qualified as a solicitor in September 2026, having trained at Foot Anstey in Bristol, where I spent time in the private wealth disputes team acting for both charities and private individuals. My career in this field began in 2021 as a legal assistant in a contentious probate team, so I've worked on these matters for several years.
My work includes:
- Legacy recovery for charities, including claims against executors
- Applications for removal of executors
- Will validity challenges
- Applications to the High Court for accounts and inventories
- Mediation and settlement negotiations
I focus on finding proportionate solutions and on resolving disputes without a trial, when that is the right outcome. I know that behind most estate disputes sit family relationships as well as money, and I aim to handle both with care while protecting my clients' interests. My training also included seats in commercial litigation and contentious construction, which sharpened my skills in analysing complex evidence and building a clear, well-organised case.
I hold an LLM (Legal Practice Course) from BPP University and a Law MA from the University of Bristol.
