Sharlie advises clients on all aspects of property disputes with a primary focus on co-ownership (ToLATA) disputes.
Sharlie is Legal Director who works closely with clients to provide clear practical advice in complex and often highly contentious disputes.
With over 10 years' experience in property litigation, and a legal career dating back to 2007, which includes experience in both conveyancing and family law, Sharlie is well placed to advise and support clients with their property dispute.
Sharlie seeks to provide clients with concise advice, clear next steps and resolve disputes at an early stage and is known for her pragmatic and commercially minded approach.
Since 2025 Sharlie has been recognised in Chambers UK as an 'Associate to Watch'.
Whilst Sharlie’s primary focus is co - ownership disputes, Sharlie has extensive experience advising on disputed property matters including:
• Co-ownership disputes;
• Residential and commercial landlord and tenant disputes;
• Land disputes such as boundary disputes, rights of way / easements; and
• Title and land ownership disputes such as trespass, adverse possession and first registration.
Outside of work, Sharlie is busy with her family and young daughter and the running of her community dance school.
